How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location - we delivery to Germany and the Netherlands. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. 

Do I have to pay for shipping? 

We offer free shipping for orders above 75€ - otherwise we will charge you 4,99€ for shippings to Germany or the Netherlands. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. 

Do I have to pay for my returns?

We do not offer free returns. Please be aware that we are a small team that carefully curates our collection. With every order you support a special manufacturer from Europe who creates beautiful products with love. The return label will be covered by you. So please be mindful about returns. 

How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
